Who is responsible

AniMurders, a Malta sole trader, is responsible for your personal data (the "controller"). Write to contact@animurders.com about anything on this page.

This website

The site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and no ads, and loads nothing from other companies. Cloudflare hosts it. Like any web host, Cloudflare's servers see your IP address in order to deliver the page and protect it from attacks.

The newsletter

  • What we keep: your email address, when you signed up and whether you confirmed. Kit also records whether each email is opened and which links are clicked.
  • Why: only to send you the AniMurders newsletter. We never sell or share your address.
  • Legal basis: your consent, given when you sign up and confirm by email. You can withdraw it at any time.
  • Who handles it: Kit (kit.com), our newsletter service, stores your address and sends the emails. When you subscribe, Kit's site may set one short-lived security cookie. Kit is in the United States; its data processing agreement covers the transfer with the EU's standard contractual clauses.
  • How long: until you unsubscribe. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link. Ask us and we delete your address from Kit completely.

If you email us

Messages to contact@animurders.com are forwarded by Cloudflare to our Gmail inbox, and kept only as long as needed to deal with them.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Write to contact@animurders.com. You can also complain to Malta's data protection authority, the Information and Data Protection Commissioner.

Changes

If this page changes, the new version is posted here with a new date.
